Operators who shipped wedges
People who took one narrow product from nothing to its first thousand paying users — and remember exactly which week it nearly died. We need pattern recognition from inside the wedge, not portfolio-level platitudes.
Trust & compliance veterans
Someone who has carried a security disclosure, an audit, or a regulator conversation personally. Y0 asks for a person's working context; the advisor who keeps us honest about that has scars, not certifications alone.
India-market distribution
Someone who has actually sold software to independent professionals and small firms here — pricing in rupees, collecting in rupees, supporting in three languages. Bengaluru is our root market and we will not learn it secondhand.

Y0 builds before anyone else sees them, with a direct line to the founder — your feedback lands in the spec, attributed.
Standard advisor grants in the 0.10% – 0.50% range, vesting over two years, sized to involvement. Stated here as a range because no seat has been negotiated yet.
Advice is taken in writing and answered in writing. You will always know what we did with what you said — including when we disagreed.
