[01]Senior Runtime EngineerY0 is a runtime that executes other people's intentions against their real data. When it is slow, the product is bad; when it is wrong, the company is dead. You will own the execution layer — scheduling, state, replay, failure — and you will be one of the five people whose code every single run passes through.
[02]Design EngineerEverything a user sees of mynd — this site, the dashboard, the run trace viewer — should feel like one disciplined hand made it. You are that hand. Not a designer who hands off, not an engineer who needs a mock: both, in one person, with taste you can defend.
[03]Context Graph EngineerThe context graph is our actual moat: the layer that knows what a user's documents, calendar, tasks, and mail mean to each other, so an agent never asks for a re-upload. It is half data engineering, half information retrieval, and it has to work under a permission model that says 'no' a lot. You will build it.
[04]Trust & Security EngineerOur pitch is 'connect your whole working life to an agent runtime'. Nobody sane does that without proof we deserve it. You will build that proof: the permission enforcement, the audit trail, the revocation paths, and eventually the compliance program — as engineering, not paperwork.
[05]Developer Relations EngineerOur first thousand users will come from developers who tried Y0, hit a wall, and met someone who fixed the wall instead of writing a blog post about it. That someone is you. This is an engineering job with an audience, not a marketing job with a GitHub account.
[06]Operations LeadA small company dies of a thousand untracked things: contracts, payroll, compliance filings, vendor renewals, the hiring pipeline nobody updates. You will be the person who makes the company run so the builders can build — with real authority, not a coordinator title.
[07]Research EngineerWe route every run across models, and we need to know — measurably, repeatably — which model should get which step, when an agent's output is degrading, and how to evaluate agents that act rather than chat. That is applied research with a four-week loop to production, not a paper mill.
[08]Founding GTMWe have a product, early users, and a thesis that retention beats reach. We do not have a sales motion, a pricing instinct tested against real procurement, or a repeatable path from 'tried it' to 'pays for it'. You will build all three, by doing the work yourself first — this is a carry-a-bag founding role, not a head-of-anything title.
