The program is deliberately small — two interns per cohort, two cohorts a year — because every seat comes with real ownership and a mentor who reviews daily.
[ 01 ]The program
Two seats per cohort, honestly
We run two cohorts a year and take two interns per cohort. Not because we are precious — because every intern here gets a real owner's slice of the product and a mentor who actually reviews their work daily, and we cannot do that for ten people.
Twelve weeks, one shipped thing
The program is twelve weeks. Week one is onboarding and reading; weeks two through ten are one scoped project that ships to production with your name on the changelog; the last two weeks are hardening and a written postmortem of your own work.
Paid like work, because it is work
Interns are paid a real monthly stipend, get the same hardware as everyone else, and sit in the same threads. There is no intern-tier tooling and no intern-tier honesty.
The path to an offer is explicit
If the work clears the same bar we hire against, you get an offer — and we tell you at the midpoint review exactly where you stand against it. No reading tea leaves.
How to apply
Apply through the internship role below. Send something you built and a paragraph about why it is built the way it is — we read the artifact before the CV, same as every other role here.
[ 02 ]The open seat
The internship is listed like every other role — same page format, same honesty, same apply form.
