You can delete your account without talking to anyone. We would rather you export first and tell us why, but neither is required.
Before you delete
- Export your data — deletion is final and exports cannot be generated afterwards.
- Revoke or transfer any API keys other systems depend on.
- If you own a workspace with other members, transfer ownership or the workspace is deleted with you.
The process
Settings → Account → Delete account. You confirm with your password (or SSO re-auth), and the account enters a 30-day grace window: sign in during that window and deletion is cancelled. After 30 days, erasure runs.
What erasure actually means
All runs, contexts, artifacts, and personal data are hard-deleted from production within 24 hours of the window closing, and roll out of encrypted backups within 35 days. Invoices are retained for the legally required period — that is the one exception, and it is not optional for us.
Connected tools are untouched; we revoke our own access tokens and that is the end of the relationship.
