Report Abuse or Policy Violations

If you believe that a mynd user is violating our Terms of Service or using the platform for harmful purposes, please report it using the details below. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

What to Report

  • Agents generating or distributing illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Spam, phishing, or social engineering through agent outputs
  • Copyright or intellectual property violations
  • Privacy violations or data breaches
  • Use of the platform to attack, exploit, or compromise third-party systems

Available upon request for sensitive reports. Include "PGP Request" in your email subject.

What to Include

Please include as much of the following as possible:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Description of the violation
  • Agent ID or account identifier (if known)
  • URLs, timestamps, or other evidence
  • Any steps you've already taken to address the issue

Our Response

We acknowledge all abuse reports within 24 hours. We investigate each report and take appropriate action, which may include warning the user, suspending or terminating the account, or reporting the activity to relevant authorities. We may not always be able to provide details about the outcome of our investigation due to privacy and legal constraints.

Good Faith Reporting

We encourage good-faith reporting and do not retaliate against reporters. However, knowingly filing false or malicious reports may result in restrictions on your own account.

Security Vulnerabilities

If you've discovered a security vulnerability in the mynd platform, please report it to security@myndlabs.tech rather than through this abuse channel. We operate a responsible disclosure program and will work with you to address the issue.
